Custom sets can NOT be returned or exchanged. Please read all instructions and follow every step before purchase.

Please follow each step and send a message with the details of your order. If any information is missing I will make an attempt to reach out for clarification. Please be ready for a brief conversation via message or email if needed. Make sure your information is correct and free of any errors in case you need to be contacted. 

Step 1: Decide between fingers and toes. If you are purchasing finger nails you must list your sizes in order from thumb to pinky. If you are purchasing toes, your set will come with 10 sizes to chose from, so there is no need for measuring.

Step 2: Pick your shape. There are picture references with names if you are unsure of what to pick or what the shape is called. Please use the guide when picking your shape.

Step 3: Length. I am able to do sizes Extra Short to 2XL. Please specify the length you want and keep in mind how it may look with the shape you selected.

Step 4: Please use the guide for selecting your nail size. SIZING IS DIFFERENT FROM LENGTH. Your nail sizes refer to the size of your nail bed, which should be measured from side wall to side wall. Please take measurements in millimeters, and refer to the guide for complete instructions and the sizes that match your measurements. There are preset sizes available for convenience, however if you need custom sizing please list the sizes in order from thumb to pinky when you send your message with all the details required. 

Step 5: Please keep in mind that I may not be able to achieve complicated designs, and that I reserve the right to decline your order because of this. I have listed a brief list of designs I am 100% comfortable with doing. When describing your designs, please be clear when listing details. Make sure to include the colors you would like, and use the vocabulary of nail art. Ex: French tip, ombre, water marble, encapsulation, ect.

Custom nails CAN NOT and WILL NOT be eligible for return or exchange unless there is an issue that is considered the sellers fault. Please understand that it is expected you read and follow all steps before purchase.
